This are some of the stories heard from either my instructors or true experience by my squadmates during my 6 mths training in Thomson Police Academy. It was known the whole stretch of road surrounding PA is haunted and there r still cemetries around. Taxi driver will know about it. I personally have not encounter any strange incidents except for some incidents i dun think attributes to ghost doings.
This one happened quite a long time ago, its abt 2 trainees doing prowler duties in the middle of the night, they were suppose to prowl some areas of the academy. And when they were walking from the parade square to my coy (i was in Bravo company), from far they saw a human figure standing near Bravo coy. Thinking that their eyes must be playing tricks as they were tired they continue walking until ard 50m away, they saw that it was a lady wif long hair standing there. Sensing something wrong??? (how can they be a lady here in middle of the night, all female trainees are suppose to keep short hair) They immediately u-turn. And as they turn around, the "thing" appears infront of them greeting them "Good Evening sir!" due to respect for the police crest on the peak cap(thats what i heard). They were so freak out they speed up and walk faster but the thing jus follows them & continue greeting them. So they took off the peak cap becos they think its due to the crest that the "thing" was greeting them but they forgot theres another crest on the buckle of the belt. The "thing" jus continues. So scared were they that they both ran for their dear life to the Guard room. One got a heart attack, was send to the hospital & exempted from NS (due to the heart attack), the other was granted 8-5 (office hours).
This one is also about the same lady ghost, it happens during my time but to another trainee in Charlie coy (next to my coy, charlie coy is scary becos its behind the PA clinic-the most haunted place in PA). He was sleeping and ard midnite, he woke up, (his bed is directly under the window and it face the road), he turn over and saw a lady looking at him from outside the window. He was so scared he got a asthma attack immediately and was sent to the hospital. Its a real incident becos my OC was the officer on duty that nite and he told us this the next day.
This next one happens to my squadmate inside our barrack. He was sleeping without T-shirt one nite and was not asleep, front body facing the wall. Suddenly he smell curry puff. (This one bery famous becos all trainee in Bravo will know the "curry puff auntie" who is selling curry puff in Bravo coy & had died long long ago) And felt something brushing across his back like finger nails but only tickish. He dare not turn over, next day, there were long red lines running down his back. He was so scared he took the police crest and paste it on the wall. (Its rumoured that if u r not asleep, u will sometime hear the sound of ball bouncing follow by a boy beside u telling the "curry puff auntie" (the boy's grandma) "ne ne, this one neber sleep" then u shld know wat will happen!
I still have some more stories (even more spooky), but when i have time then i will write and send in.......................(now i really get scared just to think abt it! Best luck to present & future PA trainees but fortunately its moving in 2004!)
