This i saw with my on eye. There was a man going on a yellowish-green scooter and was talking to someone. He was not talking on the handphone because i could not see any. But he kept on turning behind as if there was someone behind him and started talking to the person.
So people living in toa payoh, beware of a yellowish green scooter!
