This happened to my friend when he was primary 5. It was about 6 p.m in the afternoon and he went to the toilet with with his friend.

When he reached the toilet at the fourth floor, he straight away went to do his business. While he was doing his business, he called to his friend to wait for him. After that, he looked at the toilet bowl and saw a head. He dashed out of the toilet without zipping his shorts.

From then on, he never went to that toilet again. It happened in JYPS.
