This story is told by my NPCC CI.

This happens in pulau ubin NPCC boys tentage area. There were 10 boys playing hide and seek in the night. One boy is the catcher and 9 go and hide. Then at last he catch 8 boys but still 1 more missing. Then he saw like his friend's hair up the tall tree. He climb the tree. When he reached near the hair, the last boy that he searching is shouting at him below him.

Then he thinks someone was playing tricks on him. He turn the head around and he saw............a ROTTEN HEAD. The eyes was full with maggots and almost decomposed. After seeing that head, he fall from the tree. He was then send to the hospital. The boy is still alive today.
