Okay now this happened last year, when I was in primary 5. My school, Chua Chu Kang Primary held its annual Adventure Camp at Punggol. As I had to complete my Higher Mother Tongue Examinations, I arrived a bit late together with the other EM1 pupils at the campsite. When I alighted from the bus, I felt this strange feeling that something wasn't right about the place. But I brushed it away as nervousness. Little did I know that a lot of things were going to happen.....
First night:
As the next night was going to be our Campfire nite, our team leaders(who are our teachers)told us to make up some sort of a sketch. We were all fooling around, me jumping about like a mad girl. That was when i happen to glance at the forest behind us. It was kind of creepy. Then I remembered that I had to take my medicines(I was having athma) So I walked slowly to my tent, now the area between the brightly-lit canteen and the tent was totally dark so you needed a flashlight to go there. Since I had forgotten to bring along a flashlight, I walked in darkness. That was when I saw one of the girl campers rushing out of the girls' toilet, screaming. Thinking that she must have been a sissy and scared of the dark..I didn't really care about the matter. But when I returned to the canteen, one of my friends told me that the girl camper (whom I had seen just now) a man coming out from one of the cubicles in the girls toilet while she was wiping her hands. Now, there was no one in the toilet(the cubicles were empty) when she came in and futhermore why would a man go in the girls' toilet?
2nd night:
2nd night, campfire. We were all sitting around the campfire...there and then I felt that the atmosphere was just wasn't rite. That was when I heard a scream. It was my friend, Z. Screaming like a lunatic, she was carried off to the tent where two teachers attended to her. I was told that when she was asked to utter some prayers...she had refused. Real spooky.
When we boarded the bus. I turned around and looked at the campsite. It still felt eerie. And I felt as if the spirits there were sneering at us. Oh well...at least nothing BAD happened....
