I grew up in Hawaii,in the mouintains of Oahu.We didn't have electricity at the time so in order for us to entertain ourselve's we'd play card and board games. My father is Tongan and he would tell us Ghost stories all the time.
They weren't to scare us but, they were true and every time told, they were the same.Anyway! He told us that one sunny day,my Uncle was all alone tending his coconut plantation. It had been a long day so he sat down to take a break. While sitting there he began opening a young coconut with his machetti.
When he looked up,to his startled supprise there was a beautiful young lady (light brown with long golden hair)sitting right in front of him.He asked her,"where did you come from and how did you get here?" She replied,"I have come from a long journey and I'm very thirsty." Since he just happened to be in the process of drinking from the coconut he offered it to her instead.
She accepted and after drinking from it,she in turn offered for him to drink from it as well.He thought to himself,"she's beautiful!why the heck not?" He then tilted his head back drinking the rest of it.As he lowered his head, she was gone. She was absolutely no where to be seen.
What's really wierd is that when he got home his voice was no longer manly but, more like a woman. My father knew him before this occurence and afterwards. His voice remained the same as far as my Dad remembered.(Felehuni is known throughout all of Tongatapu)
