It is the dead of night & a couple have been traveling a lonely stretch of road for a number of hours when their vehicle breaks down. The signs along the road tell them that there is a gas station a further 4 miles along. The wife is extremely tired and stays behind whilst the husband goes to get help, before leaving the husband tells her to stay in the vehicle, lock the doors and if she should hear or see anything under no circumstances should she leave the car. After 15-20 minutes of the husband being gone the wife grows tired and lays back for a nap. She is woken some time later to a weird scrapping noise coming from the roof of the vehicle followed by three load bangs. The women is frozen with fear. Then in the distance a bright light is shone towards the car the women can see sirens blazing where the light is coming from and moments later she hears a police officers voice telling her "please, slowly make your way out of the vehicle and run towards the light, what ever you do keep running and DO NOT LOOK BACK" so she gets out of the vehicle and runs towards the light but half way to the patrol cars she looks back and sees a man on the roof of her car with the severed human head of her husband in his hands banging the roof with it. The Man was an escapee from a near by Psychiatric hospital.
