PART ONE
Every age has its fling,
glorified moments on the wing,
a part of ever stage of Life
into joy, out of strife.
Embrace them, yes embrace each one
seeking peace, seeking fun
to lead you on and past
another atage,
another age,
emerging Home at last.
PART TWO
I enjoyed every age, every stage of my Life,
from being a daughter to becoming a wife.
Out of motherhood and grandmotherhood
I grew to be wise and larger in size.
I did what I chose in whatever clothes.
I rang every bell, blew every whistle,
And said Go to hell. I don't give a thistle,
For this is my age and where I will stay
Until the next stage comes to blow me away.
